I had a wonderful experience with John from Biltfor! He was very friendly and knowledgeable in his field. He provided a free drone inspection and showed me the images he captured when I asked to see them. Unfortunately, there wasn’t enough damage to receive a roof replacement but I will be giving John a call as soon as the next storm comes through in hopes to get it replaced. I have not had the pleasure of hiring Cameron and his crew yet. Cameron is a childhood friend. I have been a fly on the wall through Cameron’s journey as a business owner. What I have had the pleasure of seeing from the sidelines is how hard Cameron has worked to build this company and how he truly takes the time to understand his customers needs and works with them to ensure they are taken care of without the pressure of a “greasy cars salesman attitude”. Cameron and his team were extremely professional throughout the whole process. They're inspection was fast and easy and they were able to show me the exact problem areas on my roof. They made the appointment to meet with my insurance company and ensure that there would be no issues getting the rood replaced. Once the insurance company agreed on the quote Biltfor scheduled dumpster delivery, material delivery, and install in a time window that worked for me perfectly.
